About Victor
Grafe III

I am a Christian lawyer and family man, raised in the Albuquerque westside area. I started this firm to help business owners and church and nonprofit leaders handle the legal aspects of their enterprises with forethought and good information. Integrity has many specifics. I also apply my skills to get justice for clients who have been wronged in the business setting.

Before starting this firm, I worked as an attorney at Bardacke Allison LLP in Santa Fe, where I learned the skills of commercial law practice. During law school at the University of Arizona, I had the privilege to serve as an extern and be mentored by Judge Philip G. Espinosa of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division 2. I was also honored to serve as an advocate for unaccompanied migrant children fleeing violence back home, with the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project.

Before entering the legal field, I was a pastor in Tucumcari and Grants, New Mexico. As I interacted with people in these communities from all walks of life, I encountered again and again the overwhelming shadow of legal problems over people's lives. Then I shifted my primary focus to carrying out God's justice, good ordering, and mercy in the law.

I remain active in the church. My most important work, though, is training up and caring for my two wonderful daughters and being a strong ally for my wife. We love to get out to Jemez or Ruidoso to wander around outdoors, care for our little lawn and garden in Rio Rancho, read good books, sing hymns, and spend time with our extended family and friends.

Hablo y hago consultas en español. Me mantengo conectado con la comunidad latinoamericana local, de la cual mi bella esposa paraguaya forma parte.

Psalm 101

A psalm of David.

1 I will sing of your love and justice, Lord.
I will praise you with songs.

2 I will be careful to live a blameless life—
when will you come to help me?
I will lead a life of integrity
in my own home.

3 I will refuse to look at
anything vile and vulgar.
I hate all who deal crookedly;
I will have nothing to do with them.

4 I will reject perverse ideas
and stay away from every evil.

5 I will not tolerate people who slander their neighbors.
I will not endure conceit and pride.

6 I will search for faithful people
to be my companions.
Only those who are above reproach
will be allowed to serve me.

7 I will not allow deceivers to serve in my house,
and liars will not stay in my presence.

8 My daily task will be to ferret out the wicked
and free the city of the Lord from their grip.
